Our kitchen manager, Miles, graduated with a degree in culinary science from Johnson & Wales University, and has a passion for all things food, and sourcing quality ingredients! 

At OSCC, all of our chocolates are molded and tempered by hand. We love to experiment with fun ingredients, and use high quality couverture for all of our chocolates!

In December 2024, OSCC won First Place Edible: Non-Gummy at Best in Grass RI with our Churro White Chocolate Bar!  🏆

Our gummies are agar based, vegan & gluten free. Keep an eye out for our effects based gummies coming soon (with added CBN, CBD, and CBG) in four different flavors: Sour Green Apple, Sour Peach Mango, Watermelon Lime, and Raspberry Lemonade!
